T-1 Aero (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the T1 AERO PREP mobile applications (Android & iOS), Smart MRO platform, Flight School ERP, and the website located at https://t1aero.com.
This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure of your personal data when you access our software products, purchase revision subscriptions, download syllabus materials, or interact with our aviation copilots.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum personal information required to deliver high-fidelity exam simulation, offline study synchronization, and secure licensing:
A. Account & Identity Information
Your full name, email address, mobile phone number, profile avatar, and targeted aviation category (e.g. DGCA CAR-66 AME B1.1/B1.2/B1.3/B2, EASA Part-66, or Pilot CPL/ATPL).
B. Study Telemetry & Performance Records
Quiz attempts, mock test timestamps, question bookmarking, module completion percentages, weak-area diagnostic scores, and practice test streaks.
C. Device & Session Identifiers
Hardware model, operating system version (Android / iOS / Web), unique installation UUID, IP address, and app version to enforce single-device session integrity and prevent account sharing.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provision, personalize, and synchronize your mock exams and revision roadmaps across your devices.
- To compute accurate readiness scores and highlight recurring past question trends.
- To notify you regarding upcoming DGCA/EASA exam session dates, critical airworthiness regulatory circulars, and system maintenance.
- To safeguard intellectual property against automated scrapers and unauthorized account sharing.
4. Offline Mode & Local Storage
T1 AERO PREP offers full offline question bank downloads so aviation candidates can revise in remote hangars, airports, or offline environments.
Downloaded modules and question caches are stored in sandboxed, encrypted local database storage on your device. When your device reconnects to the internet, offline scorecards and test timestamps are synchronized securely to our central database.
5. Payment & Financial Data Security
We utilize PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners (Razorpay for INR / UPI / NetBanking and Stripe for international card checkout).
🔒 Zero Financial Data Storage
T-1 Aero never captures, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are tokenized end-to-end directly with the payment gateway.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your account and study records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with continuous license tracking.
You have the right to request permanent account deletion at any time. Upon receiving your deletion request:
- Your profile, name, email, and mobile number are permanently erased.
- All mock test attempts, scores, and custom bookmark history are purged within 30 days.
- Offline sync tokens associated with your device hardware UUIDs are revoked immediately.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted infrastructure providers strictly to maintain high availability, secure authentication, and transactional email/SMS delivery:
- Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: AHT Cloud / Microsoft Azure (ISO 27001 certified).
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay & Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Transactional Communications: SMS OTP gateways and transactional email delivery for password resets and receipts.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (configured with anonymized IP headers for web traffic telemetry).
