Our software and mock tests are educational preparation tools and do not substitute official regulatory authority certification.
Single-Device Session
To protect question bank integrity, candidate accounts are restricted to single-device active access to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Transparent Billing
Exam passes (30/90/180/365 Days) provide uninterrupted access for the duration selected with full transparent pricing.
Anti-Scraping Protection
Strictly prohibits automated scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering of proprietary DGCA/EASA question banks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “Subscriber”) and T-1 Aero (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or registering on the T1 AERO PREP mobile application (Android / iOS) or utilizing our cloud services via https://t1aero.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software.
2. Educational & Exam Preparation Disclaimer
Important Regulatory Notice
T1 AERO PREP is an independent exam preparation and study tool. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA India), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), or the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Our mock exams, previous year question banks (PYQs), module breakdowns, and explanations are created for educational readiness purposes only. Success in T1 AERO PREP mock examinations does not guarantee a passing score on official regulatory examinations. Candidates remain solely responsible for fulfilling official licensing prerequisites, flight training hours, and regulatory requirements.
3. Account Registration & Single-Device Policy
To access premium question banks and synchronized mock tests, you must create a verified account using accurate information.
- Individual User License: Accounts are for personal, non-transferable use only. Account sharing, credential distribution, or shared institutional logins are strictly prohibited.
- Single-Device Active Session: To prevent piracy and credential abuse, our platform enforces active session limits. Logging in on a new device will automatically terminate previous active sessions.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts showing suspicious simultaneous geographic access or automated scraping patterns.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & In-App Passes
T1 AERO PREP provides timed access passes (e.g. 30-Day Sprint, 90-Day Session Pro, 180-Day Dual Module, and 365-Day Annual All-Access).
- Pricing & Currencies: Displayed prices in INR (₹) or USD ($) are inclusive of applicable digital service taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Instant Activation: Access to full question banks and module downloads is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through authorized payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe / Google Play In-App Billing / Apple App Store In-App Purchases).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery and offline question-bank downloading nature of T1 AERO PREP access passes:
Digital Access Passes: Fixed duration passes (30/90/180/365 Days) are non-refundable once activated and utilized, except in cases of verified duplicate billing.
Billing Inquiries: If you experience an unintended duplicate charge or payment deduction without pass activation, contact us at support@t1aero.com with your transaction ID within 7 days for prompt remediation or refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Protection
All software code, user interface designs, logos, question bank structures, explanations, AI copilots, and diagnostic analytics are the proprietary intellectual property of T-1 Aero.
Prohibited Actions:
- You may not copy, screenshot for bulk distribution, extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our question banks.
- You may not use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or mirror any part of the service.
- Unauthorized distribution of our proprietary study materials constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination and legal action.
7. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use our platforms exclusively for lawful educational preparation and operational airworthiness management. You agree not to transmit malicious code, attempt to bypass license verification checks, or interfere with server infrastructure.
8. Service Availability & Disclaimers
We strive for 99.9% service uptime and reliable offline data synchronization. However, the software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free during routine regulatory updates or scheduled infrastructure maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T-1 Aero and its officers, directors, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of exam attempt fees, licensing delays, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
